I ordered 2 different drinks and they only charged me one because she got my order wrong. I waited at the window for 15 minutes... waiting for them to make my order. I did get my second drink free because of my wait and them messing up my order. Read more
The smoothie wasn't appetizing and every time I drank it brown stuff got caught in my teeth. There wasnt a proper consistency to... it at all. The girl at the window was more confused then anything. Would not go back to this one because compared to Lafayettethey are below mediocre. Read more
They are extremely slow. The one in Lafayette has 10 times more traffic and they still get you in and out faster. The last two... times I went my smoothie was nothing but ice get these guys some training on accuracy and time management. I?m in line nowthree cars in front of me and already been waiting 15 minutes ridiculous. Read more
Smoothies over there are always good when I go.But the girls at the window and taking the orders are very short with there... answers and not very friendly.I wouldnt say rude but theres no Thank you or have a nice day or anything like that.They just giveyou your smoothie and shut the window on you.That would be my only complaint and also having to tell them my order 3 times.Sosmoothies awesome friendliness to customer 1 out of 5.
