I went to the Lewis St. Pizza Hut today and ordered a large one topping Italian Sausage Pizza . The price for one topping is $... 9.99. So I paid an extra $3.00 for more topping . Well , unfortunately once I returned home and opened the box , extra toppingwasn't visible . Then to top that off I had a whole slice and a half without any toppings . I am very disappointed with PizzaHut . Also the dough on the thin crust tasted old . When a person choose to spend their money at at a business , they expect toget good satisfaction . Ordered a pizza at 8:15 pm, 8:45 tracking said it was on the way, called at 9:15 to check order after a 10 minute hold I got "we... have one driver, your pizza is on the way" then hung up on. Didn't ask my name or anything. At 9:45 I call again and get therudest response "I told you is was on the way". Needless to say my pizza never showed up. At after I was hung up on a secondtime I ordered Pappa John's and 25 minutes late I was eating hot pizza. Then when my card was charged for a pizza I neverreceived I stopped by the store on my way home and was told by the rudest manager I ever met that she couldn't give me a refundI would have to come back at 9:00 the next morning. Then was told I would have to leave the store she couldn't help me. Ieventually talked to the head store manager and was given a refund and apologized to for his rude Manager's behavior. Employee who brought my order to my car was extremely rude after I told him I had coupons for my kids that they got from the... book it program at school. He was upset that he had to go inside to recalculate my order even though he was going to have to goback inside to run my card anyway as well as get my soda and cheese shaker that he did not bring with my pizza. He returned withmy card and receipt and not my soda. He came back with my soda and a pepper shaker. I got down to return the pepper shaker andget the cheese shaker that I paid for. I waited almost an hour for my pizza. It was all cold and very unappealing but that wasn?t the worst part. The large meat lovers... all you could see was toppings and bread. No cheese no sauce! I ordered a double order of bread sticks which come with 2 saucesand paid for 4 more. I only got 4 and they were so tangy I couldn?t eat them. My $36 meal was horrible when I called to ask fora refund I was put on hold it was 10-15 minutes and 3 people later when one of the managers said no refund but store credit of$20. I honestly never go to this store because it?s horrible but just got back from a 12 hour drive home and didn?t want to getout. Never again next time I need delivery it won?t be Pizza Hut. Read more
Service is awful. Call to make a order put my order in then she either put me on hold are something held on for 30 minutes never... came back. I hung up then called again answer and put on hold for another 20 minutes. Hung up if they show up with pizza theycan take it back. I deserve at least a hold on are a total are how long it would be.
