Dont orderanything other than whopper and fries unless you want to be told to pull around. Where u get to watch multiple other... cars leave. If you are worried about yoyr drive thru times WORK FASTER dont make me pull around. They never tell you that untilafter you have paid. I went back in to get a refund but they just left me standing there until food was done. Sandwhich was not"toasted" apparently they stopped early or whatever so they could get the order out. Honestly undercover boss should visit this establishment..I am sure the CEO wouldn't go for this...lazy workers.. restaurant... nasty, no one taking orders at the drive-thru..sit in line for 20 mins because you are stuck since there is someone behind youand in front of you. still no one takes the cars order ahead of you... when they finally take your order and you get to thefront..you are asked to reverse where the timers look good.. why do we have to do that for subpar services? Food is either hardor cold.. this restaurant really needs to get it together.. or hire people who ACTUALLY want to do their work...the onlypleasant thing about this is the older lady that works during breakfast... she is always so pleasant & sweet?? This was my 3rd location bk going to in a 45 minute period on 9/20/21 at around 10:45 pm. Not only did they HAVE onion rings,... the cheddar peppers and drinks, my man taking the order at the window was very professional and friendly. Took the order reallyquick, order was accurate. The lady that runs this store as well as all of the employees are always professional and neat inappearance and very friendly. The manager, she is always all smiles.
