I placed a order for delivery which i received very fast with a great driver. But, the problem is the customer service at the... location. When i received my banana split it was the wrong ice cream. So i called and told the crew member and she told me toreorder it and they would make it correct this time. But i already paid 15.00 for the ice cream and did not want to pay another15.00 for there mistake. Could not get the crew member to understand this. So basically nothing was done or corrected. I had a wonderful date with my old man. We shared a banana split. Mmmmm good. The workers were very nice. We had such a blast We... went the next day too. Everything was perfect and OMG they have so many flavors and also had little ice cream cone people theymade. They were so cute. Read more

My favorite icecream place

I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake right.i get there to pic of the cake.it is literally the size of 1/4 sheet cake surface wise.they... barely had space to write the happy birthday on it. I was like I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake.tgey then explain that becuz it isfilled with icecream the stack half of the half of sheet cake in the top which makes it a full half sheet cake.this was a $50cake.okay so now I have to purchase another cake for guests becuz this one is literally the size of a smash cake.the cake I getfir everyone reads 24.99. I get home and I realized she charged me for a cake for $35.now I'm livid. Read more

I'm glad to see this place still here in New Iberia! They have my all time favorite ice cream World Class Chocolate (please... never discontinue!) It is a very small place and it's a bit pricy but this isn't your run of the mill ice cream and they alwayshave a bunch of great flavors to choose from. Read more
