This Dunkin'Donuts has been my go to location for years... The staff have always been friendly and most know my order, before I... give it to them. In the past, on a few occasions, I've ordered my Frozen Coffee with Mocha and felt sick a few hours later. Iwas never able to pin it on the drink, because I would have other items during and right afterwards. Well yesterday wasconfirmation, as I only had the Frozen Coffee. I was incapacitated and out for the count. It began within an hour of startingthe drink and continued the rest of the evening. My concern is this, I rarely see the staff wash the plastic mixing jug used inthe Frozen drink machine. They turn it over and water sprays inside. Besides that not being a way to kill germs from stagnantmilk, if it's not used for hours afterwards, it's still not really clean without soap being involved. Dunkin might want torethink the way they Sanitize that plastic mixing jug . . . Read more
Staff of five, not a single person understood me. I'm not sure why the manager would load the staff with workers who are... unable to communicate. Needless to say ordering with any specificity was pointless. I won't be returning to this location again. Read more
