Customer service is great. We visit almost every week and they remember our order. I always get the hard cherry vanilla. The... amount of cherries varies greatly - sometimes I feel like I am eating vanilla ice cream! And they need to increase the coldnessof their freezers. Tonight it was 61 degrees and the ice cream was melting in the bag! Unacceptable. This has been a recurringproblem for the past several years. It needs to be fixed permanently. Read more
