1. There are NO HANDLES ON YOUR/their paper bags at checkout. This is one of the reasons I really dislike going there. Yes I... know I can bring my own recyclable bag, but doesn't it help everyone else, when you have paper bags with handles on them? 2.please, cook your chocolate chip cookies so they look like they are cooked /browned. They are so pale, that when we buy them, webring them home & put them in the air fryer to get them brown! 3. Please update your self checkout so that I can enter in mymembership #without having to ask over a person EVERY TIME I shop, to have them ok it, to enter in my #. Thanks! Read more
Love the product selection, but the prices and the atmosphere make me dread this place. It seems like they leave a couple... employees to scramble to do everything while everyone else just..stands there? One time I waited 20 minutes (behind one othercustomer) in the customer service line to pay for a gift card while two employees stood next to me and chatted. And that wholetime someone was screaming over the intercom to pick up the phone in wahlbergers. The intercom is already loud enough, no needto yell. Read more
We love our New Hope Hy-Vee! We probably spend more time here than is actually healthy. The staff are so friendly, and my kids... love coming to Hy-Vee to get lunch, to get a sample of salami or cheese from the deli counter or to grocery shop. The store isalways clean, the staff is always helpful, and we love all of the local events they do with food trucks and Halloween etc. Read more
While not the ?cleanest? HyVee I?ve ever been in. The store is very well stocked and features a much larger selection over a... comparable Cub store. I recommend this store as a place to shop if you are in the area and the only reason for giving it 4 of 5stars was due to the store being a messy. Read more
Love this Hy-Vee. I go there often enough to be familiar with much of the staff. The meat, seafood, and deli departments are... fantastic to me. It's more spendy than cub, but if you shop right their fuel saver is better and it's worth a few extra bucksfor convenience and ambiance. Read more
Nice produce selection. Cant go wrong with Honeycrisp Apples. Grocery Store well-stocked and have various items on hand for me... to purchase right after work. Only downside is parking. Regardless the time of day one comes here to shop, its jam packed???????????. But oh well ???????????.. Overall grade ----> B+ Read more
Prices are a bit high I prefer to shop at Aldi's and Target. Target has a Good and plenty section a lot of products that are... good in plenty which are the same as every other product only you save between 1 and $3 per product. It's a good section to shopin. Read more
