Staff had an attitude. I think her name was Flavie? But she was wearing a North Haven shirt and was snappy with me. I was... checking drinks cuz someone called out ?Jasmine? and turned a drink around to see if it was mines. She snappily said it was anunfinished order so not to mess with it, and snapped that my hair was touching other drinks (it wasn?t? I looked down rightbefore pulling away to confirm. Also, they made me wait 5 minutes because the cashier was *sooo* busy talking to afriend/customer of theres that they made me wait. Just really unprofessional and rude overall. Read more
Terrible service. Also, the employees talk badly about customers right in front of customers. It's ridiculous in there. The... woman who I assume was the manager was yelling my order at me. Very rude staff. My item is on the menu as well and they actedlike they had no idea what I was talking about. Read more
Ordered a coffee and politely asked what the bathroom code was, where the lady screamed at me ?DO YOU REALLY NEED IT!?!? And... then just shouted numbers at me ???? really terrible experience?. Plus the bathroom was filthy. Read more
I come to this Starbucks every so often because it is close to my job. Every-time I have come it has been an pleasant experience... except for tonight. I am very upset at the staffs attitude and and unpleasant welcoming. I understand everybody has those daysbut when you work in customer service you need to know how to balance your emotions even on hard days. My coffee end up beingnasty and having to go into a 16hr shift and starting it off with bad coffee is very upsetting. I hope they have a better daybut I will not be returning to this location. I absolutely LOVE this location. Plenty of seating options inside, lots of outlets for charging, and nice views of Yale across... the street. In my opinion, the best seat in the house is right next to the door when you enter from Chapel Street, right infront of the huge window. ?? Read more
I had a pleasant and relaxing time. The service was fast. Food and drink tasted very fresh. Typical Starbucks pricing, higher... than Dunkin, but lower than fancy cafes. Clean. But what I liked was the old city look, in an old building, with a very peacefuland relaxed crowd. The crew was very down to earth, and mostly full of smiles. This is a very busy Starbucks bit the service is great and the coffee can't be beat. Christmas blend is on tap now.
