While pricey, I was blown away by the quality, vibe, and service. We shared the Tom yum seafood and noodle soup and the soft... shell crab fried rice. Both excellent. Cocktails were good too. Read more

I spent half of this year in Thailand and I can honestly say this food is comparable- it?s so good. The eggplant green curry is... my favorite (I ask for extra spicy personally). I also love the tempura green bean appetizer. I?ve heard the crab fried rice isvery good as well though I?m vegan so have not tried. They have a whole vegan and vegetarian section of the menu! Also have alarge outdoor dinning area which is so nice when it?s warm out. Read more

Great food! I?m vegan and I got the green curry which was really good! I was just in Thailand for 2 months and ate a lot of... curry so I was surprisingly impressed with this spot in New Haven. Will be back to try other dishes. However some of the dishesare a bit pricey for Thai food. The servers were very nice but it was very busy so did take a little time to get our check. Weenjoyed the cute outdoor seating while we waited and it wasn?t an issue for us. Read more

The menu was extensive- some of my favorites like Drunk man noodles,We ordered Pad Thai and the food came out incredibly fast.... We were surprised at how good the food was. The portions were good for 2 people maybe four good pieces of chicken but thequality was there. They have solid Thai staples and clearly have a pretty busy takeout business. If I lived in New Haven I?dlikely get takeout from here every once in awhile. Drinks are really Awesome! Read more

I loved their Tom yum soup and cilantro garlic fried rice-were both delicious. Ambience is good, staff is friendly and... welcoming. It?s not your normal or daily Thai place. Menu is creative and food was delicious:)parking can be a pain when it?sbusy. And they are really busy in the weekends Read more

I loved this place. Food is without any doubt amazing! And staff are very nice! It also took them inly 15 min ir so to prepare... the food. I had a chicken dish from the lunch menu and I was happy with every single spoon. It was sweet n spicy, with a herbtaste. Duck in the pineapple is great too. It doesn?t smell at all. I think no order can go wrong here! We sat outside btw. Butthey also have indoor sitting Read more

Came here in February of 2022 but it actually did feel like September, on account of the sunny warm weather that day.... Meteorological observations aside, this is a very solid option for thai, especially in this area. It fully deserves its nearperfect rating, if only on account of the sheer amount of crab meat that they generously apportioned for my serving of friedrice. They do utilize butterfly pea flower coloring in the rice which gives the grains a slightly otherworldly blue but not toworry, it has little to no effect on taste at all in my opinion. Those with crustacean allergies need not apply, but perhapsthey could interest you in a plate of chicken pad thai instead (we went with the shrimp option here too, but indulge me for asecond..). It was well balanced with just enough sour and umami flavor to recall a street stall in the namesake city. The larbwas decently spicy, certainly enough to get the old sweat glands running which is usually a good sign that heat is present. Iwould say generally that while this place may not be fully authentic from head to toe (we caved and went for the crab rangoons, definitely not something youd find at chatuchak market no matter what month it is), what they do serve is very well executed, supremely generous portions of classic thai comfort food which has enraptured most of America and certainly the east coast. Kapbun kaap! Read more

A solid 4.5 rating. Exceptional cuisine, beautiful presentation, quick service, and delicious food. It was a family night out... dinner, party of 5? and with 5 dinners, an appetizer and a cocktail the bill was $110 or $128 with tip. All the staff weremasked, tables were set up with plastic see-through partitions and the water was served with lime and cucumber? what?s not tolove! Pictures are some of what we ordered. New Haven has a decent restaurant scene and this place is a step or two above therest. Located on State Street about a mile from the main downtown area. Recommended! Read more
