Shrimp tacos were flavorful (could use a little heat) but surprisingly cold. I waited a while so I assumed they were making... them fresh. I ate immediately in my car so they weren't sitting, yet my tacos were cold as if they'd been sitting for a whileor refrigerated. If not for that one major issue I would have given 4 stars (wait was too long just for 2 tacos). I'll visitagain and try other things from the menu. Read more

We originally planned to eat around the corner at Bella's but they were done seating for the day. So we found this gem serving... brunch. My wife and I got mimosas and I got a tasty coffee. She ordered the manjares eggs with mandu, fried eggs and an arepawhich were very good. I got the challah french toast with a side of bacon accompanied by pineapple and strawberries. That wasfantastic! We sat out front on a beautiful deck area with plants/flowers. The staff was very friendly and they had fun salsamusic playing inside to give a vibrant Latin vibe. Really fell in love with this place. Only wish would be to channel some musicoutside too for that ambiance. Read more
Oh Bella's how y'all got competition, I THOUGHT Bella's took the win on brunch but this adorable little restaurant less then a... block away with their comfy vibe was mint. As soon as I walked in and saw the half empty pastry window and the stand withmacaroons I was in pre diabetic heaven, the food clearly has to be fire. We had a Greek omelet, a naked chicken burrito, vanillalatte, macaroons and a Snapple (lol) the people including customers are just so friendly and the adorable lady in the front isso warm and inviting she even zaps all the wasps out like a OG so keep people like me from getting a stroke. Went to Edgewood park. Decided to have quick lunch here. It was an average experience. Nothing special. My husband had chicken... tacos, the chicken was over cooked & rubbery, he didn?t enjoy it ????! I had avacoda cheese tomato sandwich which was good butnothing exceptional! Read more
