Went today I went to Five Guys in New Haven on Amity Rd. I ordered a bacon cheese hot dog. Prior to leaving I decided to put... ketch on the dog. I realized there was no cheese. When I brought this to their attention. The young man melt cheese on thegreasy fryer and placed in aluminum foil.extremely poor service and lack of caring. Improperly giving dairy in the fashion. Rudeand unnecessary. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate office. Read more
This is a good place to grab a quick burger and fries. They were out of milkshakes when I went. The price on these burgers has... gone up significantly. $50 for three people to get a little cheese burger, two fountain drinks, and split a largefry. Satisfying. I always eat too many fries. Read more

1 of the 4 workers was very friendly, professional & courteous & working. Very Pricey yet tasty, Had to wait a little long... ,Messy inside had to clean tables & chairs. I will give it another try. Read more
Stopped for a quick lunch. Staff was nice and bathroom was clean. Very generous with the lettuce I love it!!
Service was quick and attentive and the food was very good. No complaints here, unless you have a peanut allergy.
Very very over priced burgers. I took my nephews there. Burgers are fresh made in front of you. Also on the menu are hotdogs... and fries, Grill cheese, shakes. Not much. For a self-proclaimed burger place, why not have a veggie burger on the menu? AllI had was fries and peanuts (peanuts which are all you can eat, in big boxes throughout the restaurant, and very good i mustsay!). The fries are nothing to write home to mom about. And watched my nephews eat $8-10 burgers, sides extra! Never again. But at least we can say we have been, right? Easy on and off parkway. Clean, professional, you will have to wait bc it'scooked to order, but it's not crazy long wait. Read more
It used to be good, now it's Mediocre...at best, and way overpriced. They don't make shakes any more. There's a very limited... soda selection. Fries are not crisp. And the burgers are see through. Read more
