They have order on the app and I picked up at drive thru. Friendly fast service. Got home and my donut was missing.
I'm going to the Dunkin' donuts for the past 4 years maybe. Or so. Went to the driving ordered a black tea with one sugar. Also... a multigrain with cheddar cheese and egg. Ended up with black coffee. And no cheddar cheese on my sandwich but that make believeyellow cheese. Day after I explained the woman she had messed up my order. And ordered the same thing. She charged me $7 andchange and did not refund anything or any explanation. My card has been reloaded 14 times this year at $25 each time. You wouldthink they would easily buy me a coffee and a bagel. There is no gratitude whatsoever of going to the same place day after dayafter day. Was ignored by staff when I entered the store. They were busy at the drive thru, saw me and kept working. No one came to take my... order until I asked for the second time. Then someone came from the back. She was polite but justified the lack of action of hercoworkers. On top of that I order a cold brew with cold foam and was really watered down as if they served old iced coffeeinstead. Had to throw it away since I couldn't return to the store at that moment.
