Honestly one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Half the time their dining room isn't accepting orders but the dining... room is open. Even if you do manage to order, 90% of the time they never make it right. I've given up on this one. I'd rather goout of my way to go to a Dunkin that'll actually be open. Truly disappointing. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was easily my worst experience at a dunkin, my order was incorrect I literally... was ignores by workers for about 15 minutes before the person making food acknowledged me waiting. I will not be returning tothis dunkin I can guarantee that. Read more
Yesterday morning I was in town for a work related training,I stopped in this location for a frozen coffee and a coffee roll. I... almost waited 10 minutes and they brought me my frozen coffee her fingers went in my drink and I asked for another one and thelady was nice and made me a fresh one. Good service, friendly staff that usually remembers me. Sometimes they mess up the otgo orders (mostly when there are trainees)... but are usually professional & responsive and quickly fix their mistakes. Went just now (at 4 on Wednesday) took way too long and the same coffee I always get was awful. Stay away from this location!
