i went to kfc in new hartford. ordered 3 meals, waited 45 mins for food while 1 manager worked and 4 employees sat on their dam... phones. the whole time they only helped the drive thru. there was 3 other customers who waited the same time for 1 meal,customers started yelling and the employees were arguing back. 1 customer walked out. the manager obviously cant handle hisposition and others should be fired! We went through drive thru. They were extremely fast and our food was hot and fresh. The lady in the window was very polite .

Made an online order for my mother?s birthday. Got there and the app said my order was ready for pickup - only one other person... was in store waiting. Got my food at the ?quick pick up kiosk,? mine was the only order there. Got home and three items of myorder were missing: including my mother?s meal FOR HER OWN birthday. When in store, there was no indication that there wassupposed to be another bag of food, nor did anyone mention that that they did not complete my order. The food we were given wasrubbery and dry.
