Never acknowledged for about 10 minutes after we walked in. Then we were told it would be 20 minutes. Based on prior experience,... it could really be 20 minutes, or it could be an hour so we left. A little service and acknowledgement of customers and settingrealistic expectations would go a long way. Read more

Okay, I went there with the baby boy to have breakfast. and obviously, I ordered one food because I was not sure if my son is... gonna show any interest in the food or not. I shared it with him. I did not order the coffee but the waitress kept going to askme if I want coffee. I ordered a breakfast sampler and it usually comes with pancakes, but mine came without pancakes I waited afew minutes maybe she will bring my pancake but she did not. I mentioned to her that I ordered the food which comes withpancakes, she rolled her eyes and said oh yes sorry sorry, and she just brought my pancake and put the edge of the table, andleft. She has to be gentle and serve the food with gentleness. I finished my food with my baby boy and decide to have the menuagain to order more food and when I ask for the menu she told me "you want more food?" I said yes please go and get the menu forme, thank you. I ordered strawberries & creme crepes with a fruit bowl (fruit bowl for my baby) and she took my order andbrought the just crepe and I assume again that she will bring my fruit bowl now but she forgot again, and I asked if she broughtit and throw that to the table which is not nice again! My waitress was super sweet. I went on my birthday and got the Minion pancakes because they were so cute. They were pretty good... and so was the rest of the food. My only complaint was the coffee. It tasted like sludge and there was absolutely no doctoringto make it any better. $3+ for the coffee and I couldn't even finish one cup. Read more
