Just went through the drive through at 10:30 pm and the employee was very rude to us. Very snippy and just nasty. I had to keep... myself from telling her off and calling her a name for rude women . At this time of day (early afternoon) the lady there that takes the order and money is exceptionally pleasant, cheerful and... helpful. She is an asset to the business and an encouragement to come to this Burger King again. I've been here several timesand she has always been on duty when I stopped by. Read more

have three complaints about BK. The first complaint is that they have extremely slow service. You would think after you wait... forever for your food that you would receive a full order. The order of fries was only half full. I completed the survey at thebottom of the receipt for a FREE WHOPPER. When I went to claim my FREE WHOPPER, I was advised by the cashier that in order toreceive my FREE WHOPPER, that I had to purchase a drink and a side order & that the total purchase price in order to receive myFREE WHOPPER was more than $3.50. I did not want a drink and a side order. The receipt did not indicate that I had to purchaseanything in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER. This is poor marketing by Burger King.
