I never had any issues ordering at Red Mango until today where i met a rather rude individual. Another staff had to step in and... she understood the order in a second. The initial person seriously needs to work on her service skills. Receiving glares andannoyance when English is not my first language instead of patience is uncalled for and i had an unruly child with me on top ofthat. Heraldo helped me today he was the sweetest what a nice employee! He was very patient while I decided which of the various yummy... juices I wanted. Double thank you for working the day after Christmas. I got the cayenne spicy orange and its great. Poor customer service & limited froyo selection. I did not like the way something I had ordered tasted due to the topping... tasting off, and wanted to change it, and the lady told me "that is not my responsibility, that is your fault." Then she wasshowing me the brand of the fudge they use and trying to argue with me that nothing was wrong with it, but it did not taste likeregular fudge I am used to. I know times are hard for businesses right now, because she was talking about prices and such andhow they don't raise them (in a rude tone of course.) but that is just a rude way to operate, especially if you want me to be areturning customer. Cookies were all stale. If you want really fresh cookies go to Costco. Nix this place!!!
