Great variety of food, great quality food, with plenty to choose from as well as enough seating. Unfortunately, this is eclipsed... by a few staff members' sub-par customer service. I have been present in three separate occasions where two of the male serverswere flat out rude to patrons, and on one ocassion one of these staff members was rude to his superior refusing to carry out atask. From a business-managerial perspective, this type of behavior is grounds for a lay-off. There are plenty unemployed,ready, willing and able people out there seeking employment, it wouldn't hurt to refresh the roster. That being said, if youever find yourself in a group outing where people can't decide what they want, this place has it all, rest assured everyone inyour party will find something on their menu they'll like. Ordered 2 Steak sandwiches and 2 orders of Onion rings. 1 order of "sweet plantains", that were not sweet at all. Cost me $61.00... with tip! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISGUSTING FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE !!!! 1ST of all, the sandwiches arrived withabsolutely nothing on them,, NO lettuce or tomatoes on side, no grilled onion. NOTHING not even a pickle. 3 thin strips of fattysteak that looked like chicken strips. They were so full of fat and hard gizzle. 2ND the onion rings were burned to acrisp! Usually I like crispy, but these were extra dark from old oil. We couldn't even bite them! I can not believe how Godawful this food was. I have eaten there before and everything was always good, not great! I'm so disappointed and will neverever go back there again. We got delivery bc it's a Sunday and Mother's day and every place is always crowded! With Uber Eatsthe bill was $61.00!!!!!!! I have a good mind to return the food tomorrow!!!! Read more
Came in today for lunch, and the place was absolutely packed but they found us a booth it was the last available table. Oscar... took amazing care of us, drinks were refilled in a very prompt fashion, burger was on point, even cooked properly just like Iasked, (medium rare) the toppings were plenty, and the order was perfect. This meal exceeded my every expectation. I've beencoming here for a long time and this place always takes great care of me. Read more
Rude waitress, only checked on us to order & check. But all other wait staff scrambled to pick up the woman's slack. Food was ok... definitely heavy with greese. Probably won't have a return visit. Read more
Consistently dependable, small town café/diner. I don't eat pancakes often, but I recommend The Main Street Combo with the... shortstack. You can smell the thin pancakes before they arrive! Nice, warm, wood decor as opposed to the common stainless steeldiners. Peace Read more
