An "Old School" place, very welcoming and clean. The service was exceptional. Our food; Homemade Lobster Bisque, Fresh Cut... Steaks with fresh Mashed Redskins/Loaded Baked Potato with Oven Fresh Bread - Everything was Outstanding. The menu hassomething for everyone & there were several daily specials to choose from too. My husband and I are new to the area and tried the Starwood for the first time tonight. Our server was lovely and attentive to... our needs. We never went without anything. The food was delicious! We both tried the hand-cut ribeye steaks. They were tenderand cooked perfectly! We finished off our meal by sharing a giant piece of cheesecake. We will definitely be back. After seeing several reviews that were negative I hesitated coming but so glad I ignored. First after living in several states... I couldn't get over how great the prices were for the high quality of food so reasonable. Second portions were awesome. Ourbartender was thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable on the menu and attentive. We had the cheddar chicken dip so creamy anddelicious. And a BBQ bacon burger, the sauce was beyond amazing, burger was cooked to perfection and again did I mention howreasonable the prices are. Read more

The man who owns this establishment is a coward and an unprofessional business owner. A person within my party was apparently a... former employee of his and ended employment on bad terms. Not my problem. My problem was he let me spend $100 in his mediocrerestaurant just to blind side our group on the way out and confront the former employee. If he had an issue with the kid heshould have handled it like a man and reached out to him on his own terms they a phone call or whatever way he felt necessary. Read more
Warning to all, unless you have 4 or 5 people with you.. donot order this delicious straw berry short cake it is really really... BIG.Every now and then you just have to have a good burger with big fries. Dont mean to post so soon again but I just had thefish and chips and I thought I was in an Irish pub it was that good.Wow ,this is really really good. I would put this braisedshort rib up against any from the burg or philly anytime .Still one of the jewels in town and still going strong. The food is nothing to get excited about. The steak was supposed to be medium rare but was extremely raw. Owner was super rude... when we asked for it to be cooked longer. He became even more disrespectful and started yelling at us when we told him it wasstill raw. The only decent thing was the server who we later found out had her tip we left taken away by the owner. We willdefinitely not be back. I suggest hugger muggers if you want a better steak. Read more
Steak sandwich and waffle fries were great! It was a little quiet and music on low with only 3 tables occupied around 7 pm on... this Tuesday night in the dinning room. Our waitress Holly was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. We will definitely comeback again. Read more
