Food was hot when I got it. The curly fries seemed off, like maybe they were cooked too long, but they still tasted good. The... breading on their chicken for the chicken cheddar ranch sandwich is totally gross. Customer service was alright for the mostpart. But, they ghosted me when I said 'thank you' before I left. lol I've heard it's rough working at Arby's. If what I'veheard is true, all I have to say is Arby's, treat your employees better!!! Ants and other bugs everywhere. Full on infestation in the dining room all through out. The floors are so sticky it will pull... your shoes off! A young lady employee came around spraying chemicals directly on the tables and wiping them down, but even shewas trying to make it funny how sticky and squeaky the floors were. The food was not cooked properly(soggy ff) the sandwicheswhere super sloppy and the French dip and Swiss sauce tasted sour. New Castle Indiana Arby's is a complete failure and reallydisappointing. All fast food places in Newcastle need to close if you guys can't stay open due to staffing then close your doors. Shut your... lights off don't even look open for business I'm tired of wasting my time pulling in this drive-through just to be told you'reclosed and every light in the parking lots on. If there's somebody in there to Tell me you're closed then there's somebody inthere who can make me a sandwich. This is beyond ridiculous. Read more
11:24 buddy and i pull in and we order 20 roast beef sliders yes lotta food. We just got off work hadn't ate, we thought hot... cheap food heck yeah!!! Cheese wasn't melted on sandwiches it was cold and yes 20 is a lot but we work at a factory so we paid$34.34 and my buddy is so disappointed we won't ever come back!! Read more
Place was dirty. Really bad. Greasy floors, food everywhere. Looked like nothing had been cleaned in quite some time. Tables... had grease on them, the fountain drink dispenser had grease on them, the pumps for the sauces had grease on the handles. Thebathrooms looked as if that hadn?t been cleaned in a very long time. And if the dining area looks like this, I can only imaginewhat the kitchen area looks like where they prep the food. Roast beef is covered in grease and oil. Roast beef doesn?t needoil, because it?s roasted. Hence the name, Roast Beef. Sandwiches were cold and fires were undercooked. There wasn?t a managerin sight. Just younger kids running the place it seems. It?s a shame, this restaurant use to be sooo good. Pretty terriblenow. Won?t be returning. Read more
Only gave a star so I could leave this. Ordered on the app tonight and picked it up. When I got home with our food we were... missing half the order and the half that we got was cold.
