The fries were cold, the machine for sauces was broke and some the horsey sauce was empty. Don't plan on coming to New Castle... indiana Arby's again. Very disappointed. Read more
Food was hot when I got it. The curly fries seemed off, like maybe they were cooked too long, but they still tasted good. The... breading on their chicken for the chicken cheddar ranch sandwich is totally gross. Customer service was alright for the mostpart. But, they ghosted me when I said 'thank you' before I left. lol I've heard it's rough working at Arby's. If what I'veheard is true, all I have to say is Arby's, treat your employees better!!! Ants and other bugs everywhere. Full on infestation in the dining room all through out. The floors are so sticky it will pull... your shoes off! A young lady employee came around spraying chemicals directly on the tables and wiping them down, but even shewas trying to make it funny how sticky and squeaky the floors were. The food was not cooked properly(soggy ff) the sandwicheswhere super sloppy and the French dip and Swiss sauce tasted sour. New Castle Indiana Arby's is a complete failure and reallydisappointing.
