Apparently this place will make your burgers or subs the way they want to despite what you ask for. 3 times in a row my order... was not correct. I have a food allergy, so when I request toppings not to be on my sub or burger I expect those toppings to notbe put on them. And the person taking the order and making the order to take that seriously. Focus more on what you're makingnot talking about your personal lives, or being too focused what's going on, on the T.V. The food seems good, place is clean, I don't know who the owners are, but I would hope it's not the people preparing the food. Cause, if you don't listen to what yourcustomer asks for, or in my case asked to not have on my order, then you're going to risk getting someone sick. I won't becoming back cause I know the the people behind the counter aren't focused on what they're are making, or just don't care andmake it the way they want regardless. My husband and I visited Zach?s tonight for the first time. We were a little skeptical as they are just getting started. We... dined in and sat on the deck. We had Amazing service, everyone was very pleasant! We ordered their wings, which my husband saidhe will now get from here instead of wings to go, beach fries, cheese steak and Buffalo chicken cheesesteak. I?ve been a customer for a few months. The recent two months things have been off. Pricing: My last 3 visits the prices always... seem to be different than online. Today my bf was told it is due to ?inflation?? Inflation is the cause of the recent pricediscrepancy though they opened in the midst of Covid ? Also, even if prices are increased the website should reflect so, thecustomer shouldn?t have to pay more than what?s listed because they ?haven?t gotten around to it?. At this point cheaper to goto Hooters or BWW The food: the wings taste like wings , not a fan of the overly sized boneless wings. The fries are usuallydry and/or crispy. The service: The gentlemen have always been friendly Cleanliness: Some instances they wear gloves othersthey do not. When receiving food the boxes are almost always smeared with sauce from their hands. Looks messy and questionablewhen opening your food to eat. Now looking at previous reviews looks like the lack of proper sanitation and varying prices havebeen an ongoing issue. I?ve had enough. Read more
This was a short stop-off from our I-95 trip in search of a good cheesesteak sandwich. We loved the friendly staff -- especially... Zach himself--and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. The cheesesteak was exceptional, truly tasting of ribeye, andthe fries were fresh, handcut, crispy and hot. The burger, served lettuce wrap style, was a satisfying gluten free option withhigh quality tasting meat. The restaurant is small and very clean and nice atmosphere. We'll definitely return! Just ordered from here for the 1st time. The food was delicious! I ate my smash burger so fast that I didn't even get to take a... picture! The boardwalk fries were so good that I couldn't stop eating them on the way home. My son got garlic parm bonelesswings and they were well seasoned! First time eating here will be last . Went to order online but you can?t customize your order then when called in to order the... prices are different then posted menu. When asked about price to guy working he made comment I?m just the cook. Went to eat our cheese steaks they was so salt you couldn?t eat them . At least my kids liked their tenders. Read more
Happy Anniversary! Friendly staff and great food at a good price (when it's not anniversary day too.) Dumb luck brought me... here for my first visit and a great smash burger will bring me back for more. Update: I?ve been back for more. Besides greatburgers I can safely add great steaks, wings, and fries. Every time I?ve been here I?ve had consistently good cooked to orderfood and good service. Read more
