I?m waiting to hear back from the District Manager. Diana who is the Store manager had a issue when I pointed out my cup was... Dirty on 9/10/22 she rolled her eyes and huffed???When I called the store to describe the lady she stated oh that was me, I?mthe the manager that type of behavior from a manager? I ask for the DM email she gave me a fraudulent email. Never had anyissue?s with managers at my fav locations and as a manager I wouldn?t even allow it to go to this extent. We all have bad daysthe right thing to do was Correct the situation and apologize and she failed to do that. She?s RUDE!!!! I reached out today Iwas told a DM contact me a Lie if so why wasn?t a Email or Vm left? Convenient location Poor customer service. Just like thefalse advertisement sign says Brewing All day & Night I visit at 5am oh I?m sorry pour over is only available. So if coffeeain?t brewing there being paid to sleep. Read more

Nice new and clean cafe.Cafe. Great location but hard to find. GPS won't properly locate it yet, it's right behind Royal Farms.... This location is well staffed and the team is courteous and welcoming. Big and open parking area with a wide drive thru lane.Can be easily seen from the highway due to the high pylon sign. Read more
I can?t count how many times they get my order wrong and I was going on a daily basis with the same two drinks every single day... and more times than not they got them wrong. Being fast is fine but not if you get my drink order wrong. Stop adding what isn?tasked for! Read more
