I am used to Starbucks being packed with a wait. This location was fast and friendly. No wait at all. It was a convenient stop... and the restrooms were clean. I had a pumpkin scone and a pumpkin cold brew. It was all perfect and exactly what I wanted. Read more
I?m waiting to hear back from the District Manager. Diana who is the Store manager had a issue when I pointed out my cup was... Dirty on 9/10/22 she rolled her eyes and huffed???When I called the store to describe the lady she stated oh that was me, I?mthe the manager that type of behavior from a manager? I ask for the DM email she gave me a fraudulent email. Never had anyissue?s with managers at my fav locations and as a manager I wouldn?t even allow it to go to this extent. We all have bad daysthe right thing to do was Correct the situation and apologize and she failed to do that. She?s RUDE!!!! I reached out today Iwas told a DM contact me a Lie if so why wasn?t a Email or Vm left? Convenient location Poor customer service.
