Left my card at home and quickly did a mobile order. There was one car in front of me and I noticed a person peeking from the... window to see my car. I?m assuming her level of rudeness depended upon what I looked like. Once I reached the window I wasrudely greeted by a woman that told me I need to go around because I need to give them 7 minutes for mobile orders. If I wastold that at the intercom I would have just left. The person that was actually preparing my order told her, ?it?s just an icedcoffee and a few donuts.? I was 2 seconds away from canceling my order. The white woman was clearly agitated and wanted to giveme a hard time while the lady with the beautiful accent was almost done with my order. It would have taken me longer to go backaround the drive through then to sit for 30 seconds to get my order. It?s called customer service!!! Try saying ?Good Morning?first or apologize about the wait!! This location should get this nasty lady some training! Read more
Officially done with DD. Their drinks are literally disgusting. 3rd time trying a coffee coolata to see if it was just a bad... batch but they are disgusting. The one I just got taste like old stale decaf coffee with almond. I can?t explain how gross itis. I will never go to DD again. I?m sticking with Starbucks that never ever fails me. Read more
This Is my go to Dunkin? but after today I will not be back there again after getting home and getting ready to eat my food I... notice my order was wrong. I went back to get the right stuff I explained it to the lady at the window while she had a wholeattitude like if it was my fault it was wrong lol then waited for her to bring my stuff out once she did I checked again and itwas still wrong I went inside and I?m guessing the manager came up to me as soon as I walked in, I explained once again and sheas well gave me an attitude for asking for the right stuff please don?t work there if you?re going to have attitudes towardscustomers for wanting what they paid for. In a time where everyone is short staffed and stressed out, this Dunkin is a breath of fresh air. The employees are engaged,... friendly and helpful. The worst Dunkin ever! I came here 6 different times at different times of day and they never seem to have any blueberry glaze... it?s always sold out. If blueberry glazed is in such demand why not make more of them and less of the doughnuts not in demand asmuch?? Read more
