I just order a chicken steak that might as well be a chicken cullet no cheese... no seasoning. I ask order my favorite italian... fries usually they are do delicious, not this time. Today I bought a sausage calazone. The sausage was barely there. Little prices of sausage that may be sprinkled on top of a... very, very, very small pizza. Very disappointed ??. Although, the bread and cheese was tasty and hot , the missing ingredientwas the sausage. I called a spoke to a very polite guy on the phone who thanked me for letting him know. There are a lot of negative reviews. I have to say as a a food service worker this was one of the best pizza places I?ve ever... ordered from in new castle! I placed an order and received it 30 minutes later. Food was cooked to perfection and still veryhot! Driver was very polite. Cheesesteaks are amazing and so is the pizza. The pizza my wife and I ordered came got and fresh. What it lacked of was toppings. You would think we didn't order chicken on... our pizza with how scarce the pieces were along with the other veggies. Dough reminded me of the same dough you find as seasonspizza which is already grounds for another star removal because of the texture. Overall I'll be returning to my usual Fridaynight pizza spot. I normally order from the Naamans Road location when I?m at work and never had any issues with the food. I ordered from the... Pennmart location last night, it seemed that the 2 pizzas were not cooked all the way. My Chicken parm sub Tasted funny. Mydaughter after eating said that she didn?t feel good and felt like she was going to vomit. I ended up getting sick after eating.Definitely won?t be ordering from this location again. Read more

I wish I could post a picture of the pepperoni pizza we ordered today. It was all pushed to one side as if it was carried... improperly. The root beer 2 liter we ordered was all bubbly as if it had been dropped. They offered to make a new one and sendit back out. They did. This pie was just as bad as the first one. This time I took a picture. Called them back and was offeredagain to remake it. At this point I no longer want it. The manager offered a 15% discount on our next order. We've had good food here before, but tonight was all around just bad. We got delivery and they messed up one of the items (a... simple request of no blue cheese on a wrap) Upon trying the other food, it was all terrible. Fries had clearly beensitting...they were cold. The wrap was luke warm at best. Boneless wings were barely warm and tough. Garlic knots were dry andtough. I called about all these things and the only thing offered was "Sorry, I can remake it". It was already after 7:00, soI'm not waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes for possibly just as bad food. No refund offered. He put me on mute when I was explaining theproblems so God knows what was being said.
