The sweet tea was terrible! Nothing sweet about it extremely bitter! The quarter pounders were disgusting there was no flavor... at all! They are supposed to put seasoning on the burgers but obviously they didn?t! Very disappointed they give McDonald?s abad name!!! Read more
So first let me say that the website says they close at 12 am. We were there at about 11:15-11:20 I know it's a little late but... we were on the road all day. We decided to stop here since the website says they are open till 12 am. So we went through drivethrough and the girl asked us what we would like and when we put in our order it was just complete silence. So we drove up tothe window and she turned off the lights as soon as we pulled up and when we pulled around front to leave she was sitting in hercar. So she rudely left (early of that) in the middle of our order.... So either the website needs to be fixed or they needbetter employees. The poor training at this store is so annoying. I rarely stop in the drive-thru but I wanted a tea and a bag of ice. When... someone orders a large tea with no ice, there's only ONE THING THAT SHOULD BE IN THE CUP. And it's NOT ICE. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE- your order-takers are constantly screwing up. Read more
The food we received after the lunch crowd passed thru, was dry and unsavory. The fries were limp and cold. It was not a freshly... made meal. Even tho it is conveniently located, I will hesitate to go to this McDonald's in the future. It costs quite a bit.Not a good deal. Read more
Morning staff are amazing, there fast and courteous. But forget about the night staff they only care about closing. So... milkshakes forget about that at 10 pm shouldn't be cleaning machine if you don't close till 11 then why I can ever get milkshakes or the slushes there not friendly and really why was the whole point of two drive through ordering stations if they canonly attend to 1 person at a time anyways. I pull up and want 1 thing a hot fudge sundae and the truck next to me is ordering awhole bunch of food but do they take my order nope. How ridiculous is that. Read more
This particular location is clean and the workers are normally friendly, but there's very rarely a time when service is "fast"... here. They also have a bad habit of forgetting items in the drive through or of messing up orders. Being that it's the onlyquick option in town though, people seem to tolerate it. Read more
