I've given two stars, because while I... personally cannot say the service is subpar, it is slap in the face of working professionals when their local store is stillclosed (with staff present) half an hour past opening. Most inefficient Starbucks I've been to. Yesterday they were out of cold; however, thankfully had a decent substitute salted... caramel latte. Today they were out of heavy whipping cream. Perfect place If you want your coffee half full ..

We were passing through on our way back to NJ and decided to stop here. They made our drinks quickly even though they were busy.... When my daughters drink didn?t come out right a nice barista David offered to remake it and it turned out perfectly. I got a hotoat milk latte and it tasted ?burnt?. Why i only have 4 stars. I usually have a pleasant experience ordering from Starbucks and never complain, even if my order is wrong. At this location it... was otherwise. The lady who took my order seemed fine at first but then caught an attitude when I asked for 3 shots of espressofor the venti drink instead of 2?I handed her my reusable cup and she attempted to scan the bottom but this was a generic cup.Another staff member came behind her (with attitude) stated the cup wasn?t from Starbucks and asked me (very rudely) to take offthe top/straw. I stated, ?they were funny here (at that location)? because I do not tolerate any attitude when it comes to mebeing polite. Nice Starbucks. Clean as airy inside, plenty of great seating ?tables and conversation areas, and typical Starbucks drink and... food selections. Easy on/off drive-through, and polite and friendly workers. Tons of parking lot parking. Read more
