Called in pizza order on 11/12/22. Gave instructions for driver to call when in drive way. No call. Happen to see tail lights in... driveway and headed to door but before I got there, driver rang doorbell and placed pizza on ground in front of door. I informeddriver it's unacceptable to place food on ground like that, those were not my instructions. He showed instructions on his phone"leave at door." Called, complained to manager who stated there was no record of my order, I must have called another store.Wrong -- same number previously used, saved in phone. No complaint with pizza. My pizza was practically burnt I called the store spoke to the manager to fix it. He could essentially care less I was shocked.... I rather drive further to the fairway or lake arbor location than give my money away to this location. Read more
Not only was the pizza ice cold when I got it. It was not even sliced.
My pizza was not hot when I received it. I was promised credit for my next order but they did not follow through. After... reporting this, my next pizza was hot when received. I still did not receive the credit promised. Read more
First time ordering here delivery, you forgot my pepperoni... i asked for extra pepperoni and u charged me for it but its not... there... edit: seeing lots of people viewing, these people corrected it provided u ask nicely. Ask for the guy manager if uhave issues with your order. Read more
I went yesterday to pick up my pizza. Person that was at the register was very nice but was the same making the pizzas... the... place had another lady in the back, two bakers and three other that seems to be the drivers. One driver opened the door for meas I entered because he was smoking outside. The same guy went to the back got the pizzas and a bag and left. No one washed thehands while I was there. I work in food service business and washing hands is a priority. I waited for about 8 minutes and noone after picking up the phone or making the dough wash hands. So sorry to read that some customers didn't have a pleasant experience with Papa John's. Every customer should be valued ... and apperciate. I place a late order on Sunday was on hold for a little while but the food and delivery man made up for that.The manager did a (Awsome job making my food and the driver was very pleasant.) To put the icing on the cake I tip the driver. My total was 38.98 that included the tip a Great job well done!???? Read more
Tell the driver to take it easy on the breaks. It was delivered just like this. Taste is good though.
