Called in pizza order on 11/12/22. Gave instructions for driver to call when in drive way. No call. Happen to see tail lights in... driveway and headed to door but before I got there, driver rang doorbell and placed pizza on ground in front of door. I informeddriver it's unacceptable to place food on ground like that, those were not my instructions. He showed instructions on his phone"leave at door." Called, complained to manager who stated there was no record of my order, I must have called another store.Wrong -- same number previously used, saved in phone. No complaint with pizza.
