I wish I could give you guys 0 stars! DO NOT EAT AT THE NEW CARROLLTON LOCATION!!! I came into the store like I don?t faithfully... 3-4 times a week, on 1-12-22 I order a chipotle sub the chicken was black and my sandwich had mushrooms ( which I?m not allowedto have) the young man was there that normally makes my sandwich but was dealing with another customer so another young man mademy food he was rude and that was uncalled for because I asked him to cut my sandwich in half after the fact he caught anattitude and was saying slick stuff out his mouth I never seen this guy before ( he has a kid in play hairstyle tall and slim onthe feminine side) don?t let him make your sandwich! I then called back and asked to speak with that guy because I know heremembered me because I asked him to cut it and he got annoyed, not only did he hang up on me but he was very disrespectful andunprofessional and that turned me off from this location. This place is not for me. I know A LOT of people who like the sandwiches here but I just prefer something else. Staff was... friendly and cared when I said it was my first time. They let me take my time and made suggestions without irritation. Even as Iam writing this I have raised the stars from 2 to 4. I thought food was just okay but you may not. Music in the store is kept on way too loud for communication between customers and staff. Everyone has to yell and repeat their... orders multiple times to store associates. Really awkward and dumb, but otherwise the service is fine. Read more
Horrible customer service today. I walked in there first and no one was in the line And no one asked me if I wanted to place an... order or anything. They were all just talking behind the counter. And then a man and his son walked in behind me. Then theemployees started asking the man and his son if they wanted to place an order And I let this go because I was wanting to benice. And then one of the employees came up to me and said that I need to go around as if I had cut the line. I told him that Iwas waiting there first and he told me that I was standing in the wrong place (in front of the cheese slicer) and that I wouldhave to go around and that this was wrong. Absolutely horrible customer service. They made a big assumption that had cut theline and gave me no benefit of the doubt when really if they had just paid attention from the beginning instead of ignoring mebehind the counter the whole time but they would have seen that I had gotten there first.
