By far our favorite Casey's in Ohio. It was clean, food was fresh, & all the employees were helpful & nice.
I was trying to refuel with diesel. And an error occurred with my transaction, returning back inside, I asked the cashier named... Caylee to restart a pump and she told me that I must to wait in line again. I spent about 30 minutes on this visit withoutrestroom. Casey's has been here in our neighborhood for about a year now. They provide various products such as gas oil, windshield washer... fluid, different items for your vehicle, candy, chips, pop, other beverages, fresh made pizza and subs made on-site in theirkitchen. Sold by the slice and the whole pizza. Prices are comfortable. The pizza is pretty good, however I have not tried thestubs. Always friendly smiling service. Read more
I was super disappointed with the customer service I got today. I was double charged for an item on my receipt, when I called... back, no one would help me. I asked to speak to a manager and Jasmine talked to someone for a moment then hung up on me. I triedto call back and the employees screened my call and didn't answer. When I finally did get through I spoke with Abraham. He toldme to bring my receipt back in, and I tried to tell him I live 20 minutes away and he said "Well good then you'll have plenty oftime to come back on Monday". I then let them know it was really rude of them to hang up on me without simply telling me "Thereis no manager here until Monday". Abraham then got really aggressive and loudly told me that he and Jasmine were both too busyto be courteous to me on the phone. Apparently just hanging up on me made more sense. So I said okay, I'll be making a complaintto corporate. He saod "OKAY CALL CORPORATE" then asked if he could get me that number and I was like yeah that'd be great. Hehung up on me again. I then tried to call back a final time to simply ask if I do come bring the receipt back, will they be ableto fix it today? As I work throughout the week and going in on Monday isn't an option. He told me to hang on then just set thephone down. I waited a couple minutes then hung up. Casey's, do better please. As far as gas stations go, I had a wonderful experience! They have SO much to offer, staff was friendly, and Shannon gave me an... informative and brief run down on their seemingly great rewards program. The food in the warmer was fresh, and the store wasclean. For sure a diamond among the other convienance stores. I've been a Speedway guy for the longest, but I definitely have anew go-to! Read more
Odered 3 pizzas tonight. Got there and waited at the pizza counter for quite a while before being acknowledged. 1 pizza was... already boxed. 1 was still cooking. Pizza girl clearly missed that I had ordered 3 pizzas. Told her not to worry, just take itoff the bill. She didn't know how to do that and neither did the cashier. Cashier calls manager at home. "Make a new ticket" wasthe answer. Cashier told me to step aside until they can make a new pizza ticket. Pizza girl is nowhere to be found. Cashierleaves to go find her. I'm left standing to the side, waiting, going home with 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered, which are cold atthis point. Long line of customers behind me. Decided enough was enough. Had to walk out with 0 pizzas. I felt bad for thecashier. This location needs better management! Read more
