Horrible, terrible, bad costumer service, i?ve been here before but yesterday i when i went it was different! i?ve never had... someone be so rude! First off as soon as a walked in this girl (kinda tall, short dark hair, name tag ?slivers? i believe) shewas rude, had an attitude, barely talked but when she did had a rude look. her tag said manager and if she is the manager hereshe needs some training! everyone else i?ve seen here is sweet and kind, i?ve never had a problem other than her. i?m justsaying this place/ her (slivers) needs some improvement! I walked in one day and was just disgusted at the place. As soon as my kids and I walked in, we quickly noticed that the place... was a complete mess. Chairs all over the place, dirty tables, and the toppings area was the absolute worse. This was no surpriseas I am a regular at this store and I never once have seen it look decently clean. It is my only local froyo shop and my kidslove it, I honestly go only because they like to eat it. As a parent, I like to treat my kids, but it?s hard to feel satisfiedwhen the only place in town is bad. The customer service is insanely unpleasant. Almost every time I walk in, it?s always thesame two young ladies. The one with the curly hair always has the nastiest attitude and the other one with her hardly everspeaks. I assume they?re high up in management since I always see them. They don?t wear name tags so it?s hard to identify whothey are. Another one of their workers with very short hair and glasses, who also doesn?t wear her name tag (are we surprised?)is NEVER doing anything, she just stands. I wanted to sit at the only table available but couldn?t because it was dirty. I askedif she could pick it up a bit and she refused saying ?it?s not even dirty?. I once asked this same young lady if I could have awaffle cup but she said no because ?they don?t make them in the afternoons?. I find this hard to believe. Because I have had fartoo many upsetting and overall bad experiences at this place, I will have to make a trip to a different store as I?ve had enoughof this poor service. My husband and I love going here. But everytime we go it is so cold in there it is hard to enjoy eating our ice cream. Would sit... outside but usually people are already sitting at them. Read more

Just got out of there and had the worst experience. There was two young girls at the register, one Hispanic and the other was an... Asian (didn?t get their names). They were very rude and answered our questions with a nod. They were bickering with each otherand were not attentive. We are returning customers that been coming to this location since they opened. Management really needsto watch who they hire. Read more

They?ve been out of granola for months now. The staff is always amazing. But it seems whoever is ordering stuff and doing... inventory is severely lacking. There?s also no merchandise. It?s just empty. Idk if it?s the owner or manager trying to savemoney but it?s ridiculous. The beauty of menchie?s is that it?s a fully customizable experience. But they?re always low onsomething or out of something. Also the flavors just stopped changing. I?d rather drive to another location and get what I wantwithout being disappointed. This location either needs a new owner or new manager bc they?re cutting corners and it?s showing. Read more

I have been here 4 times. My favorite topping is hot fudge. The first time the hot fudge was a little burnt but ok. Second time... no hot fudge. Third time was awesome! Fourth time no hot fudge. I asked about it and was told they were out. The young girlsworking there stared at me like two doe?s caught in the head lights. I think they need extra training in customer service.Whoever is doing the ordering of inventory needs to expect growth of the business and order accordingly. Just my take.Disappointed customers will not grow a business. I really do like going there and they have an awesome selection of toppings. Read more

Ice cream was phenomenal, their system is: you grab a cup and go mix and match your icream flavors and put your toppings. Then... you weigh the icream at the end and thats how much you pay for. Minus one star for no Google or apple pay but the experienceitself was flawless. Read more
