I come here all the time to work. Chill environment with friendly staff. They obviously enjoy working together and always go out... of their way to help me out. Last night August 22nd at around 9:20pm I came to buy a cappuccino expresso which I get almost everyday and when I entered the... store there were two girls one cleaning and the other one moping and neither one came to help me. I stood there for about 3minutes till one told the other that she will not help me. Finally the one with glasses came took my order and I told her Iwanted it with more water, she quickly tells me that drink does not come with water, I explained to her yes it does as I orderlike that everyday. She had an attitude and then tried to repeat the order but could not even do it and just told me to pay.After that she left and told the other girl she was not doing it. while she was making it she was talking loud saying that thisdrink did not have water but o well. After my drink was done she left it on the counter and not even bother to let me know.These two girls are so rude and I don't understand how they are working there. This is very low customer service. I love this place! Not KFT in any other place, but this KFT specifically in New Caney! The employees at this KFT is super nice... and friendly! The atmosphere of this store is cheerful, and the restroom is always clean. I feel really comfortable there andlove staying there to work on my projects with my go to favorites, a cup of signature coffee and Pandan Waffle! ;) Read more
I walk in with my kiddos on a Saturday evening and I see teenagers conversing loud playing around I don't want employee's... playing around my food maybe it's just me but I pay attention to all details when I'm about to spend my money. So I wanted totry a slushy but just got macaroons and left. The cashier was rushy like she just wanted to get back to the other employee's andtheir conversation. I?m not the type to write comments even if the type of service was bad or good, but I feel like I should because I was... surprised how nice the girls were with me even though I called super late for an order. I work in retail/customer service tooand I know the feeling of getting an order last minute right when you?re ready to go home. So, Despite the time and that theywere about to close they were nice enough to still serve me which I was so grateful for! Thank you! It's an okay place for tea/tapioca drinks. I personally never venture too far from the drink I always get (Mango Green Tea).... There's occasionally younger people in here playing board games or hanging out/studying. The staff is normally very polite withlittle interaction outside of ordering. They have online ordering as well. I'd recommend it overall. Read more
I am really impressed with this Kung Fu Tea location. I have been coming here almost every day for over a year to study and... always buy drinks here. I have never had bad or rude service here. Do not believe anyone that has a complaint about this place.They always do the best job they can. They even handle the place with excellence during rushes and are very efficient! Thegirls, Jannie, Dani, Ray, Kat, and Esther are wonderful and have always been incredibly nice and cordial. They always welcome mewhen I enter, they always say thank you, are really fast and kind. Sometimes they are just behind the counter having a good timewhen it's slow and making me laugh! They also enjoy conversation and are fun to talk to. They know a lot about their drinks andwhat is inside them and will make a drink however you want it. They are great with newcomers because they know how to describedrinks in detail! They also are not afraid to recommend you something when you ask and they give you their honest opinion! Read more
Hi! I am working at a high end ice cream shop place in Miami Beach. Our closing time is 12 midnight and we make sure to CLOSE... THE DOOR and put the CLOSE SIGN for them to see but sometimes customers/guests still go inside and open, because they see thatour Lights are still on. So, we as a employee of the store we let them in. We explain to them that we close at 12 midnight, butthen since they saw us still inside or there are still some customers we can let them in, cause that?s the way to have a goodcustomer service. You can?t just tell the customer that you can?t accommodate them just because you were close already, you canalways adjust the time. When you work in a Food & Beverage Industry we really want to satisfy your customer?s needs and want.Word of Mouth is the most effective marketing, and this is just the beginning.
