This is the only 5 guys I go to. The manager is awesome! The staff knows my order and usually types it in before I arrive to the... counter. The food is always amazing because the staff goes above and beyond to make sure of it. I will never eat at anotherlocation. My loyalty is here. Read more
Lazy and unprofessional service. For the prices this place demands as a BURGER JOINT, they owe it to their customers to at least... provide top notch service. I asked to have my regular fries switched with Cajun fries and everyone in there looked at me like Ihad two heads. ?Umm, like Ummm we have a lot of orders right now so uh, we can?t do that right now?. Uh?really? So I ask tospeak to the manager. Low and behold it is a guy who looks like he dabs WAY too much. Mumbling incoherently grabs the Cajunseasoning shaker, dumps it in my bag and walks away ????. Im like are these people serious? Flavorless, small, over priced, and slopped together. We were told the patties are a quarter pound ( I doubt that). Staff was... unhygienic. First and last time at a five guys. Steer clear if you want a decent burger. Pictured is 30 Dollars of food. Read more

Thankfully the people here are very friendly, and the music overhead is descent. After about three bites of my cheeseburger with... mayo, lettuce and pickle I needed to drown the poor dried out cow with ketchup cause going for a refill on my drink should nothave happened so soon. The fries, while in large portions even as a small order, were also overdone. It is sad that I can get ajuicier burger at nearly any fast-food place, and for better prices. Read more
