First time visiting this location. Not enough help. I finally got to order. I was surprised about the portions. My order was... completed and I expected to be checked out. I waited for a few minutes. Every time I come to this location, I always enjoy the amazing food. Everything is always well cooked and is full of amazing... flavors. The cleanliness is always perfect, the cook always has gloves on, the lines are always full of fresh cooked food. Every time I visit this location, I have a HORRIBLE experience. I get food poisoning every time I eat at this location because... the chicken is always served cold. Not to mention the terrible customer service provided by the staff. I was recently approachedby a disgruntled employee. First and foremost, I, the customer, greeted her only to be ignored. The employee was shaking herhead and mumbling something the entire time. This is almost always the case. I'm sure you're losing sales as a result of thepoor customer service provided by your employees. Personally, I would rather drive to the humble or kingwood locations than thenew Caney location, which is the closest to me. Again, it's extremely uncomfortable to visit this location, and the food andcustomer service could be much better. Read more
