Me and my kids have come to the location about 3 or 4 times. Months in between because I love the menu, just not the service.... Today was busy I will admit. I sat at my table for ten minutes before being asked what I’d like to drink then ordered my drinkand appetizer. All came out fairly quickly. As soon as the appetizer came out ordered my daughters dinner and mine. Waited about30/40 minutes for the meal and 20 minutes with no drink. Waitress said let me check your food then forgot and when I remindedher she brought it out instantly but cold! I then placed my drink order before trying my food and started to eat. I was going tosay something about the food but knew that would take forever too since she didn’t check on us often and I hadn’t eaten allday. Came here last night with some friends and was satisfied with the food (chicken tenders) and service. Erik was friendly and we... got our food quickly. My only complaint is that we got a happy hour menu despite it not being happy hour. So I ordered a drinkthinking it was $4 but got charged full price. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 stars. Read more
It is always either a hit or a miss. This specific day was a hit. I usually always order take-out and the last time I ordered... take out I think they gave me fries that were 3 days old (exaggeration) they were so stale and the employee at the take-out desksaid BWW fries are not the best and they get cold fast, but i had literally walked out the door with a fry in my mouth and thefry was cold. Very disappointed. What I ordered was 15 piece traditional buffalo wings with ranch on the side and what I got was plain wings... no sauce at all. I tried calling the store Twice, but no one answered. after 20 min of waiting I hung up. Didn’t eat my foodand I wasted money on this buisness. Presentation was exceptional however the actual product was distasteful. The fries were cold, not seasoned and the boneless... buffalo wings and the chicken strips in the wrap was hard, dry and overcooked. It was our first time experiencing buffalo wildwings and I can’t even begin to say how disappointed we were. We had to get her own napkins, our own straws andsilverware. Our server was unattentive. Took a while to get seated. Once we got seated the table was dirty. The waitress brought our menus and set them down on our ... dirty table, the napkins she brought us had wing sauce dripped on them already. There was other tables that looked the same way.We ask her to clean it and she was kinda rude and just turned around to go get a rag. We ended up just leaving. Will not go backto that location. This location always disappoints. We were here for over 2 hours because that's how long it took to get anything..food, the... check, hell even our drinks (I only got water and my husband got a beer). Our server was very sweet and I never said anythingbecause I know everywhere is understaffed at the moment. We were one of maybe four tables in the entire restaurant,though. Anyway, I've learned to not get wings or salads here, so I tried one of their new sandwiches. It was pretty good! Myhusband got the brisket sandwich and thought the meat was terrible, but with all the sauce it was edible. He fell in love withtheir tots, though. I've gone to this location multiple times for a to go order. It has always had something from my order messed up or missing... completely. I've waited in their "To go" section for 10-15 minutes at a time without being helped. This last time I was waitingin the "to go" section for 15 minutes and decided to call the store to see if I could be helped. The lady came out from the backand told me that wasn't allowed and then decided to be passive aggressive the rest of my time there. The attention to detail isNOT here.
