Food has really gone down hill recently. Bacon egg and cheeses are now 90% bread. It seems they also changed there rolls, new... ones pretty terrible. Update 9/15/22: Went back again, there was about 40 people waiting for orders, no structure whatsoever onwho is in line and who is not. I had three people looking for my prepaid order, no one could find the order the door. Managercame out and was looking for a while, which he finally found after I was standing there for a full 45 minutes. He told me tojust cancel the order since it was not made yet. Very disappointment never seen the manager at Tony's so rude like that before,I get it you are busy but you have no keep calm and be nice. Sadly I will not be returning ever again! Read more
The food is plain, bland and overall trash. No flavor, it?s like they don?t know how to cook. Sad
Amazing place to go to grab some lunch ! I love their bacon egg and cheese soooo much ! I recommend ++++
This place has gone downhill since covid started. The egg sandwiches aren't that good anymore and the rolls they use are... different in a bad way and seem to be of much lesser quality. Read more
I was on a bike ride and we stopped here for some water. I walk and take a bottle to the counter. The bathroom said out of... service but that was because they are milking the covid situation. I ask politely if I could use the bathroom and they said youhave to order $5 worth of stuff or you cannot!. Now no where was that posted so I guess the worker made it up or just wanted tobe as rude as possible. I said that maybe I wont come here again so he grabs the bottle and gives me back my credit card. Ifhe as the owner it would be hard to believe and if he was an employee then maybe he shouldnt be working in the service industry. Please don't go here Read more
Ordered an uber eats from this place, my husbands chicken cutlet sandwich was great, but I was disappointed with my Cobb salad.... No dressing was included and I don?t understand why anyone makes a salad that I have to chop further at home. Read more
These guys are friendly. All about customer service. I come here daily for breakfast and everyone is super personable. The price... is same as you expect in New Canaan but the first bite of your sandwich will make it all so worth it. Give it a try! Read more
Terrible service today I was waiting with my children for 2 bagels and cream cheese and they were thrown on the counter and i... was waiting for 10 minutes .. then when I told one of the men that is usually by the register Latino tall ma that it has been solong .. he said just leave them and get out and speaking spanish nasty thing which I?m Latina and understood it all .. horriblepeople working behind as well ? one bead fell and they continue to make a sandwich for another person so disgusting never willgo again to this place ?
