Always love a Dunkin with friendly and welcoming staff. I got a Frozen Matcha Latte and they let me get my oat milk with it.... Some places say they can't because the machine can't mix it or something like that. Matcha was mixed well and wasn't clumping atall. We also ordered Donuts, Avocado Toast and a bagel. Makes the coffee just the way I like it. Not all Dunking can make the regular medium coffee just right, I have experience, less... sugar, less cream or not strong or too strong. I wish every dunking follow the same method and do it right. Read more

If you need real coffee and not the watered-down sugar watered-down being sold everywhere since the pandemic, buy from the DD... stores located inside Stop n Shop. I was in this Dunkin? Donuts at approximately 5:45 PM on Saturday, May 7 2022. I walked up to the counter and could see a young... female sitting in a small back room behind the counter on a laptop. I waited at the counter for several minutes for service andshe never glanced my way. I stated excuse me and she then replied ?can?t you read? I am on break. And in school?. I then said ?Ijust wanted a cup of coffee and did not come to start a fight?, to which she then stood up grabbed her computer and walkedfarther back into the room out of sight shouting ?well you ain?t gettin one today? this was the worst and most disgustingdisplay of service I have ever seen. She does not deserve to have this job and I hope action is taken to reprimand her. Thecustomer behind me in line also commented to me about how uncalled for her actions were.
