Extremely rude inappropriate and out of line behavior. I ordered twice prior to today Baked Ziti with a meat sauce. The person... that answered the phone tells me that they don't have that on the menu. They put me on hold twice to ask, What's the need to putme on hold for. They get back on the phone telling me they can make it with meatballs. Oookaaayyyy idc, I tell him to make itI'll trust it SINCE I'VE HAD TWICE FROM THERE BEFORE. There was no reason to question my order as if it were some weirdcombination of unknown origin. The "Chef" gets on the phone getting loud indignant and rude telling I'm lying about having bakedziti with meatsauce their twice. Why would I lie about that! Why become inappropriately difficult combative over something thatsimple. Make it however you like and I'll pay for it the same way I did twice before this day! No one has any reasoning skillsor independent thought process. You're standing in a kitchen with sauce, meat, cheese. Take the order and that's it, NotComplicated at all. Read more

I first found out about PJ?s when they slipped a menu onto my door handle during my freshman year at Rutgers. I?ve been a loyal... customer ever since. Hands down my favorite fettuccine alfredo and their service is always timely and friendly. I justgraduated, but I hope to continue my annual tradition of ordering chicken alfredo with my girlfriend for years to come. Read more

We happen to be in the New Brunswick area and my husband felt like pizza. He is very particular about his pizza. So going by... the reviews for PJ's we took a chance and stopped in for lunch on Sunday. Boy are we glad we did. My husband was so pleased withhow fresh and tasty the pizza was. Tasty sauce and cheese, nice light crust. I got a chicken caesar salad. Delicious, freshcrisp lettuce, the chicken was made to order was nice and hot on the salad. I was expecting cold cut up slices of chicken likemost places. This was a nice surprise and made the salad perfect. We will definitely be back many more times to come. Don'tchange a thing PJ's!! PJ's Grill is located on Easton Avenue in the epicenter of the Rutgers night-life. Sitting between College Avenue Campus and a... large population of off-campus housing, this pizzeria is one of the most popular in the Rutgers are. I've had many friendsexpress their opinions to me that PJ's Grill is among the best pizza in New Brunswick. There is more room for seating than mostpizzerias in the area and there is usually a large selection to choose from when deciding on a slice to eat. While theestablishment lacks in parking, there is some available on Easton Avenue and the nearby streets, though most of the customersare within walking distance to their house. Despite the praises by many, the pizza is pretty average. The plain slice is fairlydecent with fresh cheese and good quality sauce. The crust is fluffy but not overly flavorful. The slice is on the greasierside, but not overly so. The chicken, bacon ranch and the buffalo chicken slices, some of the trending and popular picks amongcollege students were both satisfactory. It is my personal opinion that Pizza City does a better Chicken, Bacon Ranch slice asPJ's wen't a little crazy with the ranch dressing. The ratio ended up being a bit off and the chicken wasn't as good as PizzaCity's. The Buffalo Chicken, one of the most popular slices was adequate in my opinion, but didn't really stand out as deservingof so much praise. The buffalo sauce seemed old or stale and the chicken didn't have much flavor. Don't get me wrong, PJ's is asolid pick compared to some of the other options along Easton Avenue, but not the number one in my personal opinion. Finalthoughts: an average pizzeria serving average slices. Read more
