Nix (night manager as he calls himself ) was very rude and provides no customer service whatsoever. I made an honest mistake of... not removing something from the sandwich I was allergic to, I then asked him to provide me with another sandwich but he firmlyrejected and told us he couldn't do much as it was my mistake as the customer , surprisingly though he had no problem refundingme the money after going back and forth with us for a good 30 min. This place is awful! There was no seasoning added when I asked for it, the potatoes are bland and cold. There?s more cheese than... egg so all you taste is grease. I also ordered a salad, there was no dressing when though I ordered it. And when I called tooffer a nice review to the store they were extremely rude and seem to believe everything they make is delicious? I use to love this place. The buffalo popcorn chicken crisp and caesar salad with popcorn chicken use to be amazing. They... changed the popcorn chicken and I was very disappointed. Ordered a few nights ago very late around 1:30-2am through Doordarsh! I was pleasantly surprised. It was my first time trying... and the food was ready so fast. I got the popcorn chicken crisp (quesadilla) with Buffalo sauce w/ potato wedges and it was sogood! The food was still hot when I got it which made it better. Portion size was pretty big too.
