The one star is way too muchI ordered a 16 inch blt grinder and a 16 inch eggplant parmesan grinder. The total came to... 32.00....don't believe the prices on here. The guy I spoke to told me they didn't update the prices on here yet. The woman toldme she would call back with a total but never did, so I called back after 18 minutes and she did the same thing again. Iwouldn't have said yes to the order if she told me the price upfront. I didn't get a total until after the order was made. Ifeel trapped in paying for the total. Love the pizza. Why I gave it a 2 star rating because when you call to order they give you one price and on the receipt it says... another. Usually it's a $6-$10 difference. That wouldn't bother me as I would give a decent tip but don't lie and say one thingand it's not. And on top of that my pizza came out cold Read more
I used to order alit from them. But the last few times terrible! Different crust taste like cardboard, very greasy and I live a... mile away and the pizza or grinders always always cold! Than they tell me 1 price yet when I get the receipt it's another price!Terrible place Read more
I order here 2 times a month and get take out. I have ordered pizza and calzones from here and every time they make it just... right. I order sausage on my pizza and the sausage has much flavor to it. Read more
They have great pizza! In my opinion their house special pizza is #1 in New Britain but because they are pricey I go to the #2... best place in New Britain CT which is Town and Country Pizzeria. East side are Arab and Town and Country are Italian. East sidepizza 30 dollars. Town and Country 25 dollars. You decide. Read more
The 2 stars will probably hurt my feelings more then theirs lol. I've been eating here my whole life,31yrs born and raised on... the east side of NB this was always the place we ordered from. Always the same man and great food. Past couple of times we'veordered its been hit and miss the quality has changed I get it things aren't as available as they were. The price continues togo up no menu has the right price. But the 4 dollars for delivery is nuts, it took well over an hour! 7 For plain Frenchfries..no salt either. 10 for half a turkey Grinder *cold* Not to mention how he pressed me for a tip when I signed the receipt.I always tip cash he didn't even give me a chance to reach in my pocket.
