For as long as I could remember my number 1 order is always a small hot chocolate in a medium cup so that they can put whip... cream on it. I requested this as usual and the cashier says. We don?t do that anymore. Well where the hell are you going to putthe whip cream if you can?t put it in a medium cup. Also I?m walking and don?t want to burn my fingers while holding the HOTchocolate. It?s silly to me that a simple request can?t be done. It?s nothing out of the ordinary. I thought the customer wasalways right but I guess I was very wrong. I won?t be coming here again because this isn?t a issue I?ve encountered at any otherDunkin?.
