I had actually never been to a Zaxby's before. I felt like I was eating Raisin Canes. This restaurant is clean, that is what... stood out the most to me. The Food was exactly as expected but there was nothing that made it unique for me. The service so leftsomething to be desired, not bad... Just not customer service and more of an order taker with zero extra words dispensed thatwas not just taking our order. Overall I would give them 3 and a half stars but that's not an option. Worked there for 3 months Andreas the general manager cheats the system. Serves old chicken that has been expired in the fridge... and cooked. Doesn?t detail clean. The store was disgusting when I first started and now it?s up to par, but who knows how longthat will be since I got fired. When asked why the only reason he could give me was it was u see investigation, but wouldn?teven tell me what was under investigation. WOW!!! What a rip off.. I got 2 regular salads and they charged me $25. My little girl wanted a small salad and I asked if they... could do that for me. They said no.. full price. We waited 32 minutes for our order (2 snack meals, 1 finger plate, and 2 kiddie fingers). For 7 of those minutes, the foot was... sitting in the window with nobody to actually hand it to us. Upon receiving it, two of the items were completely wrong (KickinChicken instead of kids meals). They corrected it, but it took a while and was still incomplete. We heard good things about Zaxby's so opted to give it a try. The chicken on the sandwich was dry and very oily. My wife had... chicken fingers which were better. The fried pickles were good until the bottom layer where we found about a 1/4 inch of grease.White Cheddar bites were the star, and very good. Fries were lackluster.
