I gave this subway 5 stars for JUST BEING OPEN and for the hardest working employee in there. His name is Philip. This young man... was hopin while the two high school kids were in the back. It is a shame that these restaurants hours have greatly changed oreven open at all because there isn?t enough staff BUT when u hire someone like Philip, They better cherish this young man. Over $17 for the Skimpiest footling tuna sub That I have ever had?.delivery fee was an extra $6 more. It used to take me 2 days... to eat a foot long tuna sub? this one took 10 minutes. Very thin layer of tuna? More like you would spread a condiment likemustard. I asked for cheese and all the vegetables. Got no cheese, a few tomato and onion pieces. I would not have rated any star if that was a option. This store needs to be shut down. The quality of meat and portions are not... up to standards. My first experience I was given spoiled meat. My second experience I was given a steak and cheese with onlyabout 5 slivers of meat on it and more mayo and pepper than anything. When I called the store to express my concerns I wascompletely disrespected by the store manager Rick Evans. He basic told me it was my fault for ordering online and did not makeone attempt to correct the wrong. Read more
I love Subway, but this is my favorite Subway on the planet! Always warmly greeted by manger Nicole or Janet and Phil and always... get prompt friendly service. I?m giving 2 stars because I love subway in general. But the fact that they are closing the store hours before their closing... time is very annoying and ridiculous. I just stopped by to get a sandwich and saw that they closed up at 7:30. 7:30pm!!!!!! Thehours stated online and on their door say they close at 10:00pm! Management- PLEASE correct your employees behavior or at leastchange the times on your doors to match when they?re actually closing the store. This is ridiculous. Read more
I don't do reviews but today I was extremely disappointed in the service at this location. I came in on my lunch break, in... civilian clothing but my shirt identified who I am and who I work for. I hope this did not have an impact on the service, butit is possible. I was barely acknowledged by "B" (leaving name out) when he was ready to take my order. While making my salad,he started explaining to his co-worker what he was doing and while doing so dropped some of the meat on the floor and didn'tbother to replace it. "B" bagged my order and his co-worker checked me out. Co-worker was very nice. I left the store, got tomy location and discovered my salad was very scarce. I started mixing the salad around and discovered paper in my salad whichwas stuck to the meat. I did not see this while he was making the salad because he threw the meat in the bowl to mix with theveggies. Very disappointed! I will attempt to post pictures. Read more
