As of right now it appears that the drinks are contaminated with sand. My wife got a water there yesterday and there was... literally white sediment in the bottom. I called today to let them know and they said they had noticed it and would letmanagement know. Maybe they should stop serving it? Read more
THIS PLACE CANNOT GET IT TOGETHER! three times I've gone and every time they've messed up the order, which is fine, we all make... mistakes BUT...they refuse to make it right and argue with the customer. I ordered a vanilla shake with cheesecake. They forgotthe cheesecake bites but refuses to make it right after I had already paid almost $5 for it. Then the carhop had an attitude andkept rolling her eyes at me. I'm sorry, I'm just a customer and no customer deserves that kind of treatment. I was very politeand didn't get that in return. I have been so displeased with the 2 Sonics I normally go to that I was afraid to even attempt trying this one. I gave in and... tried it anyway! I'm so glad I did! The service was very fast! (And I ordered a burger and mozzarella sticks at 9am!) The foodtasted fresh too. The cashier at the window was super friendly!
