I asked the worker if it was okay to dine in the dining area because I saw they had put some of the chairs on the table. If she... had said no, I would have honored that. Because she said yes, we sat in a booth. She cleaned it for us and everything. Thenas we asked for a box and were throwing our trash away, they started flickering the lights. And while heading towards the doorto exit, they turned the lights completely off. Was that necessary? All they had to do was talk to us. But they used passiveaggressive rudeness. Maybe my expectations are too high. AND they put the wrong Mayo on my sandwich. This was my first timeand the service just tainted my whole first experience. Did take out pizzas on Wednesday night because Wednesday is 2 for 1 day for pizzas and flatbreads. Very nice restaurant, clean... and attractive and the service was excellent. Tried the vegetarian pizza and the BBQ chicken and jalapeno pizza and reallyliked both of those. We forgot to ask about the senior discount but later noticed that they had credited us with the seniordiscount without our having to request it. We will definitely visit Schlotzsky's again. Schlotzsky?s pizza is unique as their name. The crust is fluffy, the sauce has a deep marinara flavor. The chicken was hot and... tender. The jalapeños were a perfect mixture of heat and crunch, and the purple onions added greatly to the flavor. The cheesewasn?t too stringy but that?s the way I prefer my pizzas! Also the bbq sauce was great, I went hime and added ranch dressing tomy pizza. The size and price of the pizza are on point for one person. I don?t think you could share this pizza with two peopleunless you?re old or not very hungry!! I hope you go out and try a delicious pizza! Read more
Haven?t been here in awhile & now I remember why, Overpriced. I don?t mind personally spending more for better quality but when... it?s almost $30 for 2 to dine for sandwiches come on now. My wife went by on the way home tonight and ordered the brisket sliders. They were burnt and the meat was dry and overall... unimpressive and disappointing. Would've been one star but I like schlotzsky's in general, just not this one...the last fewtimes we have gone there it has been disappointing as far as service and quality. I would go to the one in Westpointe village ifyou're craving a sandwich. Read more
Nice Sunday evening came to my favorite sandwich restaurant note this location is out of town for me.. any how had the Tex Mex... brisket sandwich because I was sold on the advertising, after receiving the little Thang missing my lettuce and my queso frescoit was all bread nothing like the picture and I'll say if I'm paying 7+$ again I'll make sure to have a Mgr ring my order afterthey can assure me that's what they advertise is what I'm getting, that the Mgr. verified that the new employees making thatsandwich understand that. Got me once Schlotzsky's never again I'll just keep my hard earn $$$. Smh still hungry. Read more
I love their salads!! But once in a while I get not so fresh salads or say I get no onion, they just pick it off and I can still... taste the onion! Read more
