Was given spoiled milk in my iced coffee. Obvious chunks floating around. I went back to get a new coffee. The second coffee... they gave me tasted like extremely watered down milk. I?m not sure if they did this out of spite or if they?re just that bad atmaking coffee. I didn?t go back a third time . In general I love On the Grind I visit several locations regularly. Easily the best coffee place in NB. I love their smoothies especially the strawberry one. The staff is very helpful and nice.
They are always awesome! Super quick! They remember my order....idk if that\'s a good thing or a bad thing lol they are always... good though, definitely recommend trying! I do think they need to expand though, maybe a outdoor sitting area or just expandinside so they can raise their efficiency for the amount of vehicles coming through. Read more
This needs to be more accessible coming from the parking lot. It is unreasonable to request customers to take a left onto the... busy street (Elliot Knox), get into the turn lane, and go around back into the parking lot.\nPlease making it accessible forcustomers wanting a coffee coming from the parking lot. First time coming here and we loved it! We purchased a caramel macchiato with sugar free vanilla and coconut milk. We also... purchased a caramel iced coffee with half the sugar. Both were great! Customer service is on point ???? we will definitely comeback when we are in the area. Read more
Largest \"large\" iced coffee I\'ve ever had! We got the 6 shooter iced and Tex Mex mocha hot - both were outstanding! The staff... was very friendly & even though there was a bit of a line when we pulled up we were outta there in no time. We are on our wayhome from visiting family in the area but we will be back every chance we get. Read more

Me and my partner love coming here, the service is always really fast and friendly and I\'ve never had anything but good coffee... regardless of what I\'ve ordered. A recent favorite I discovered is to add banana flavoring to their Coconut Joy. It gives it areally great funk almost reminiscent of a Jamaican dark rum in a rum runner. Read more
