Forgot my fries completely wrong sauce for nuggets. Got home before we noticed. Didn't go back, just sucks I had to go without
Food was fresh, hot and quick. Clean parking lot and inside was also clean.
Now have to pay more for my breakfast than my daughter becuz they won't sub bacon. I now HAVE TO get both, when I can't stand... sausage. McD's will make all kinds of accommodations on their buildings & show they now offer salads, etc., but they force youto buy a sausage patty if you want breakfast? So I either pay $2 more to add bacon or buy individual items to build my own plateand pay more. Not even sure I'm bothered about paying extra for bacon. It was the whole "we can't take it off. We have to serveit but can put bacon on top of it" that bothered me more. Like I was forced to take food I did not want. Then, I was the onlyone there the whole time, but they made me scoot up to the waiting lane to wait for breakfast, which I believe, they should beprepared to serve by 7am. (Not sure if they have a timer at the drive thru.) Felt like I was put in time out for orderingsomething different. They also had no orange juice available. What's up with this place? Love the early breakfast sandwiches. Great staff friendly service. A little slow but that?s ok with me. Great job guys!!
We ordered filet o fish and fries. When we got home the filet tasted old and the buns were not steamed or toasted. Was hard to... swallow. The fries were good and hot but not much salt in them at all. Usually this location has good food but not today. Read more
Horrible. To begin with, all drinks were out of service; No drinks. The food took FOREVER even though it was completely empty... and no line in the drive through. When we got our food, it was warm at best. All the seats were sticky, stained and dirty;Terrible lobby upkeep. The ketchup dispenser was filthy and out of cups to refill with. Fries were stale and bland. Only goodpart is that my 10 piece came with one extra nugget. That's why it's 2 stars. Read more
Way to go with making a customer feel welcoming and comfortable!? I?m speaking facetiously of course! I went to drive thru and... have never had a hard time till today! I ordered 2 plain dry cheeseburgers, large fry all cooked to order because let?s face itif you don?t say that then you get cold or burgers and fries that have just been sitting there! No one likes a burger or friesthat?s not made fresh and I git a large coke. While still in the drive thru I looked at what the ?clerk? input on my order butnormally it states ?cooked to order? on the order but it didn?t say. The girl said she can?t put that on there... ??? Theynormally always put that on there every time I?ve asked for it. Never had a problem till today! Then someone gets on the speakermale person and said I will tell them to make them fresh like they weren?t able to put that on my order. I said ok.. so I go tothe window to pay. Another ?clerk? was changing the trash in front of me while I watched to see if he was going to wash hishands after before handing me my order. Of course not! He opened the window right away and before I gave him my payment I askednicely if he could wash his hands. He said oh yea then went to the back but honestly I don?t know if he washed his hands or nothe came back with 2 paper towels as if drying them which I didn?t really believe but I handed my card and then without skippinga beat he had the audacity to ask if I had the corona virus. ???!!! First of why do you care. If you don?t care to wear a maskanymore and don?t use gloves it sounds like a personal problem to me! We live in an age where we are not supposed to judgepeople and I get it all the time because I?m very cautious and wear PPE Gear for my job because I deal without a lot of people.I let him know it?s for my job and I try to be extra cautious. But I felt humiliated and judged right then and there! I don?tthink it?s fair will never come here again and things need to change and not be so mean to people. Read more
