On 10-23-2022 at 6:38pm the manager on Deck has poor management skills due to the fact I had to wait 14 minutes to place a... simple or of 20 Mcnuggets, basket of fries and medium water. The manager was too busy focusing on Drive-Thru Customers andtotally IGNORING Walkie-in customers. By the time they took my order they had 8 customers waiting. That is totally UNACCEPTABLEand that manager needs to be Relieved of his duties and Demoted back to being an Associate. I also would like to mention that he2 other Associates working with him to focus on Drive-Thru customers and not a single Clerk to take Walk-In Customers. If he isshort staffed all I can say is that Staffing is NOT PROBLEM so Upper Management needs to address this GROSS Human RelationsSkill and you people need to tell your Store Managers that Walk-In Customers take Precedent over Drive-Thru Customers Read more
10/10/22 at 6:23 pm. Store #14159 in New Braunfels Tx. I was having a great holiday and wanted to finish with a ice cream cone... in a cup $1.89 with no cone. The order takers charges me $3.02 because they took off the cone. I told her I wanted the $1.89 icecream, she told me ?it?s too late?. I get to the window and tell Mgr Chandler what I wanted and he says ?I?m sorry?. I asked himwhy and he said without the cone it now becomes a sundae. I told him that wasn?t what I wanted and I?m paying $1.13 more. MgrChandler sets the example for all his employees and once again says ?I?m sorry? I also get a smirk with it. Not only did youlose a customer, I?m sure you don?t care BUT Chandler just showed all those teenage workers how NOT to treat customers. Chandleris not a good employee and he is a terrible manager. I wasted $1.13 on what was supposed to be fun. I also got a condescendingsmirk and 2 worthless ?I?m Sorry?. The very worst customer service and had opportunities to fix it but didn?t. Read more
I was being generous with one star ..waited at the counter for 15 minutes and when asked if anyone was going to wait on us I got... the stink eye from a couple of workers in the front, I was told they were busy, to use the kiosk and that they had doordashcustomer orders, my response was so the people standing in front of you at the register do not matter??? No response and no onestill came to the counter,. Service was fast, the manager there was great on leading his team however the employees are the reason for the 4 star. I spoke... to two and you could tell they didn?t want to be there and looked mad which of course brought out the poor customer service?that?s when the manager stepped in and corrected them both and was very respectful. I occasionally have a Big Mac and Fries, it kind of brings me back to when I was a kid, there are definitely other places with... much more succulent burgers than McDonald's, although in my opinion, no one beats their fries, usually hot and crispy.Unfortunately, this time was a sure let down. Both, my burger and fries were lukewarm, as if they'd been made prior to meordering them, just sitting under the light. No fun! The place however was quite pleasant and peppy, very clean and welldecorated with happy colors on the walls and nice modern table settings. The service was good as well. Read more
